HEAT INSTRUCTIONS
Place eye pillow in the microwave for 30 seconds. Rotate eye pillow to distribute the heat. Do not place directly onto skin.
COLD INSTRUCTIONS
Place eye pillow into freezer and leave until desired temperature. A cold Eye Pillow has many benefits such as reducing inflammation, swelling and helps with migraine and headache relief. They also work great as an ice pack for any bumps and bruises your little ones may get.
