Another local collaboration with Jason from the Gourmet Mushroom Farm out at Navigators.  We take the nest local grown mushrooms being king brown, oyster, lion’s mane, and shitake, black pearl, chestnut mushrooms turning them to a mushroom bomb. From pinch bowls, soba noodles, eggs, pasta dishes, steak and just about everything is on the table for this blend. You can have a fungi time with this mix.

The Five Seasons of Flavour
The 5th Season is a true artisanal salt. All-natural, all-Australian inland salt. We harvest our salt from Lake Tyrel in Australia’s Mallee region, using a system of evaporation, rainwater washing and hand-
sieving.

The 5th Season is one of the tastiest and cleanest salts on the market, free from bleach, anti-caking agents and nano plastics that can be found in other salts. We hold ourselves to the highest standards
to produce delicious, natural salt with local ingredients.

100% Australian

Our salts and seasonings are made right here in Australia. We keep our footprint small so we can benefit locals- suppliers and the community. And it helps minimise negative environmental impact.
We work alongside local indigenous groups from the Jarijari, Ladjiladji, Djabwurrung and Watha Wurrung regions in Victoria for access to wild harvested and cultivated flora. We also work with the
Palawa Kani indigenous groups out of Tasmania for flora botanical harvesting.
