Nomad Chilli Co’s original small batch hand made fermented hot sauce. Experience the robust flavours of our take on a Salsa Roja. Made using the finest mix of local ingredients and imported Mexican chilli. All our sauces go through a 6 week fermentation process that gives them their distinctive depth of flavour. A great alternative to sriracha or buffalo sauce. A blend of Habanero, Guajillo, Pasilla, Mango and a few other distinctive ingredients will be sure to get your mouth watering.
Ingredients: tomato, onion, habanero, guajillo, pasilla, mango, carrot, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, galangal, sea salt, black pepper, xanthan gum.
