INGREDIENTS: An oh so calming blend of Chamomile, Passionflower, Lavender, Hyssops, Valerian.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1-2 teaspoons to each cup of boiling water, infuse for at least 5 minutes (15 minutes is even better to help draw out all those medicinal properties).
